We have defined and implemented a sustainability plan, with pillars based on generating solutions for aquaculture through efficiency and value creation, building trust and collaboration, fostering innovation and adaptability, and demonstrating environmental commitment.
Pillars
Efficiency and value creation
We maximize the benefits in our management with the purpose of consolidating ourselves in the industry and maintaining our leadership. To achieve this, we focus on continuous improvement in our products and processes, prioritizing the quality of what we offer.
Trust and collaboration
We work together with our stakeholders through continuous and close communication. We strive to maintain good relationships by creating opportunities for dialogue with our employees, clients, suppliers and neighbors. In our sustainability plan, we also consider supporting various institutions in our community and provide different benefits for our employees’ well-being.
Innovation and adaptability
We have been innovators since our inception, always anticipating and adapting to different contexts. For us, R&D&I are fundamental to adding value and sustainability to our business. That’s why we have a multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving our current products and researching to develop new solutions for our customers.
Environmental commitment
Our processes have a circular economy approach, which means that waste management is not linear but aims to provide more life cycles. In this approach, we design, remanufacture and reuse components of the photoperiod system according to our quality criteria to avoid discarding them. Finally, we responsibly manage our waste by delivering each waste item to an authorized recipient for proper disposal.
Our plan is based on the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance) principles and includes investment to accelerate its implementation. Our growth accelerators are R&D, people development and circular economy.
CIRCULAR ECONOMY
Our process incorporates 12 out of 17 circular economy patterns.
